About this dataset

Prostate158 is an expert-annotated 3T biparametric prostate MRI dataset for segmentation of prostate anatomical zones and cancerous lesions. The source data provides T2-weighted, ADC and DWI NIfTI series for each study. Reader-specific reference masks are kept as separate masks in MedSeg instead of being merged: T2 anatomy masks are attached to the T2 series, T2 lesion masks to the T2 series, and ADC lesion masks to the ADC series.

The training deposit contains 139 studies and the test deposit contains 19 additional studies. The Zenodo records are open access; this catalog entry treats the dataset as CC BY 4.0, in line with the companion Data in Brief article's version-of-record license. Users should still cite the upstream Prostate158 papers and Zenodo deposits.

What you can do with it in MedSeg
