Everything in MedSeg lives in a project - your images and their segmentations. Create one to get started; it takes a second, and you can rename or delete it anytime.
You can also drag files anywhere on this page to create a project from them.
Or ask the assistant
Choose how DICOM identifiers should be handled before files leave this browser.
Create a separate image series while leaving the source image and mask unchanged. You can download the result as DICOM from its row menu.
Pick which DICOM artefacts to bundle. All selected items share one
StudyInstanceUID so the PACS files them together. Auto-fusion
with the original image is not possible (that UID is lost on NIfTI upload),
but a single manual register in Sectra will align the new study to the
patient's existing scan.
.dcm per slice, mask
values as integers. Universal compatibility - works in every PACS.
Distinct labels share a gray ramp.metadata.json, alpha-blended onto the windowed source
image. Best for many-label visualisation; opacity is locked at
export time.
