Commercial and clinical-service use of MedSeg is not permitted under this license. See Section 3. 1. SOURCE CODE The source code of MedSeg is proprietary. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, sublicense, or create derivative works of the source code without prior written permission from the copyright holder. 2. PERMITTED USE You may use MedSeg free of charge for any of the following purposes: (a) Personal research, study, and experimentation; (b) Academic teaching, coursework, and supervised learning; (c) Non-commercial scientific research; (d) Personal, non-commercial use. "Use" means running the software, viewing its outputs, and applying those outputs within the activities listed above. Use does not include redistribution of the source code (see Section 1). 3.
